Disappointed with one of the wrenches that snapped during use. It wasn’t under extreme pressure, just normal tightening. Contacted support but didn't get a clear response yet. Otherwise, the rest of the tools seem okay, but quality inconsistency is a concern.

Decent tools for the price, though some ratchets take getting used to. I used them while helping my dad fix his lawnmower and they got the job done. A couple of sockets were slightly misshapen, but not enough to ruin the experience. Delivery was fast, and customer support was polite.
